Written by Matt Alexander @therealazmatt

John Deere, an iconic American brand, is facing significant backlash after revelations about its corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices. Conservative commentator and political activist Robby Starbuck has taken aim at the agricultural machinery giant, alleging that the company has lost touch with its core customer base by embracing progressive social policies and laying off hundreds of American workers. Starbuck, known for his outspoken critiques of “woke” corporate practices, recently accused the company of funding pride events, using preferred pronouns in workplace communications, and implementing DEI initiatives globally, including in its Latin American and Indian branches Www.cities929.com. He specifically highlighted the company’s use of “Genderbread man” training and participation in the “United for Equity” program, which he argues promotes bigotry against Christians. Beloved American Company John Deere Exposed for Sick Woke DEI Policies Breaking Digest

Adding fuel to the fire, John Deere has announced massive layoffs across its Midwest plants, citing high operational costs and declining sales. Approximately 280 workers from the East Moline, Illinois plant, 230 from the Davenport, Iowa factory, and around 100 from the Dubuque, Iowa facility are set to lose their jobs by the end of August.

Additionally, about 500 employees at the Waterloo, Iowa plant have already been let go.

Starbuck questioned whether CEO John May is fully aware and supportive of these DEI policies or if they have spiraled beyond his control. He urged consumers to be informed about the values of the companies they support and hinted at more revelations to come regarding the company’s corporate donations, hiring practices, and executive statements.

John Deere Has Gone Woke!

For many conservative farmers who have long been loyal customers of John Deere, these revelations are troubling. Starbuck’s campaign against the company’s policies mirrors his previous successful efforts against Tractor Supply Co., where public outcry led to the rollback of several DEI initiatives.

As the story develops, it remains to be seen how John Deere will respond to the mounting criticism and whether they will reassess their approach to DEI in light of their core customer base’s values and expectations.
